Choose to support a union or not. Talk to your managers one-on-one about anything. Ask your manager for his/her opinion on unions. Work in a friendly environment, not an “Us vs. Them” mentality. Say NO to union organizers at work and at home. Keep your paycheck without the union taking its cut.
If You Let A Union In, Your Rights Will Be
You will:
Lose the right of privacy. Have to ask your shop steward to take your question or suggestion to management (which he/she may or may not do depending on his/her mood). Lose the right to decide if you want to work or not. Have to go on strike if the union calls you out. Lose your flexibility that gives you job security. Have to pay dues from your wages to support union organizers and other union officials.
